If you would like a quicker or more confidential response about an old bottle than I can offer in my Question I Get section of my web site please print out this Appraisal Form and send it with a self-addressed stamped envelope. For a nominal fee ($5 per bottle) I will provide you with a written appraisal of the value of your bottle(s) including any historical price trends available. A written estimate is often needed and sufficient for insurance purposes for collections or other valuable items.

For a fee of ($10 per bottle) I will provide the following services: 1) Written summary of general background information about your bottle 2) Search of Patent Office Record and copies of any trademark, label registrations or design patents relating to your item. 3) Search of over 100 reference books related to antique bottles. 4) Written estimate of value 5) Bibliography of sources.6) Specific suggestions on how you can conduct further research about your item.
