Are you interested in the historical background of your bottle? If you would like a quicker or more confidential response about an old bottle than I can offer in my Question I Get section of my web site please print out this Historic Information Form and send it with a self-addressed stamped envelope.  For a fee of  ($10 per item) I will provide  the following: 1) Written statement of general background information about your bottle. 2) Search of Patent Office Records and copies of any trademark, label registrations or design patents relating to your item that I find. 3) Search of 100s of reference books and magazines related to antique bottles. 4) Written estimate of value if possible.  5) Bibliography of sources when appropriate.

Fine print:   Your payment may or may not result in information about your bottle.  I will make every effort to find out about your item's history but sometimes it will not be possible for the amount charged to conduct the kind of exhaustive research required.  Other times, the information simply may not exist.   Upon receiving your request, if it is clear I will not be able to find any  information, I will return your check in the SASE provided.  Your payment covers my time and the services described above.   Refunds will not be given if the services have been performed - even if no information is found.
