Subject: Garnier liquor bottle

I just purchased an interesting bottle at a flea market. The label reads it's a Creme De Menthe, made and bottled by Garnier- Enghien, France. It also has a smaller label on it which reads Julius Wile Son's & Co. Inc. of New York, NY. The bottle is made out of porcelain or ceramic, and on the bottom says "made in Italy" and has the number "145". The bottle is a figure of a man holding a light post and is actually round on the bottom rather than flat so that it sways a little bit simulating how the man figure feels after having drank too much of the liquor. Where can I learn more about this bottle and what is it's value? Thank you so much for your help, Nicole- PA USA I just purchased an interesting bottle at a flea market.
